We crafted a dynamic digital experience that encapsulates Joshua Kissi’s visionary approach to photography and filmmaking while celebrating his unique Ghanaian-American heritage. The design embraces modern minimalism while showcasing his striking imagery, ensuring his work remains the focal point.

Perhaps, one of our favourite detail from the project is using Kissi’s keen eye for light and colour to create a gradient colour system for backgrounds that acts as an extension of the set and the image on the website
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
With seamless navigation and responsive design, the site not only highlights Joshua’s diverse body of work but also invites visitors to explore his creative journey and the personal narrative behind each project.
LOGO
For his identity, we designed a bold custom logo and logomark that plays with the uniqueness of the double SS in Kissi’s name and can be adapted to various forms to create play and interest. We complemented the curved and boldness of the logo with fonts that contrast between legibility and abstraction to create movement across the brand.
TYPOGRAPHY
For Joshua’s identity, the type treatment was designed to highlight the incredible talents he has worked with. We chose a bold typeface to let their names take center stage, while an italicized serif contrasts this boldness, adding depth and nuance. The overall typography is bold, contemporary, and unapologetic—perfectly complementing his identity and body of work.
