We carefully explored various colours, focusing on creating a palette that perfectly balances a premium feel , playful energy, and bold expression. Each color was chosen with intention—rich, earthy tones convey elegance and depth, while vibrant accents inject personality and excitement, ensuring the identity feels both approachable and distinctive. This thoughtful selection contributes to an immersive and dynamic brand experience, resonating with the target audience and reinforcing the brand's identity.
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
Reflecting his multifaceted roles—from leading Bronx Narratives to spearheading SALEM, the website’s contemporary design blends bold typography, cinematic visuals, and interactive elements to showcase Dondre’s work as an art director, photographer, and community storyteller.
LOGO
The logo uses a highly stylized serif typeface, characterized by bold, geometric shapes and intricate negative space. The rounded and arched elements, especially in the "O" and "E," adds a softness that balances the boldness of the type, adding elegance to the overall design. The blend of geometric precision with soft curves balances premium and playfulness, to achieve a mix of professionalism and creativity.
TYPOGRAPHY
One of the main aims of the project was to craft an identity that felt premium and fun. To achieve this, we employed a mix of an elegant italicised serif with an unexpected display type with stylised A and E. The font choices allow us to achieve the project's aim while considering legibility.
